Feed the Elephant is a training company built on the science and data of influencing people and creating change. We offer training courses, virtual team experiences, and story-building tools 100% engineered to help people feed the elephant. We work with L&D teams and sales leaders to provide enterprise-ready training solutions for remote groups and teams. Our clients are many of the world’s most admired brands, including Google, Nike, and Adobe.

Feed the Elephant is led by its two founders: Lisa Johnson and Katye Rone.

Chief Storyteller Lisa Johnson leads the organization in the development and teaching of our globally-recognized content.

Chief Innovator and Executive Producer Katye Rone leads our talented production team of animators, graphic designers, content creators, and virtual event production staff.

Lisa Johnson teaches leaders and brand builders how to be influential storytellers. As Feed the Elephant’s Chief Storyteller, Lisa is a dedicated student of the brain science behind influence and change. She is the creator and lead instructor of Feed the Elephant’s courses and story-building tools.

Lisa has taught her storytelling curriculum to thousands of executives and teams across the globe for Nike, Google, Adobe, and Dupont. Her story methodologies have also been taught at Stanford University in their MBA program.

Katye Rone leads Feed the Elephant in reimagining online learning by applying her experience as a seasoned media producer and passionate storyteller.

Katye’s storytelling experience spans a variety of formats, including traditional publishing, 30-second commercials, TV series, digital series, podcasts, and virtual events. She has developed and produced television concepts for YouTube, A&E, History Channel, Animal Planet, FYI, HGTV, TLC, Food Network and Ovation throughout her career.
